Thrive has developed and managed the lead generation requirements for a number of divisions within Old Mutual marketing Life plan, Funeral plan, Savings Plan and Educational plan in the long term Assurance space and in the short term insurance space marketing car, household and content Insurance.
Thrive has utilised an omnichannel approach to generate both inbound and outbound leads for Old Mutual to sell via their call centre teams, virtual advisors and online fulfilment process.

Currently, Thrive manages several thousand leads per month for Old Mutual and a key success factor is managing the data Hygiene process for these leads from a quality, brand equity and POPIA compliance perspective. In order to do this Thrive has built over the last 10 years a Data Hygiene platform offering that manages data throughout the lead generation process from Data processing to Lead management to sales reporting.
