Mad Dog Sports identified the need to have their online store in a better position to generate stickiness and online sales, in the lead up to Christmas and beyond, of their listed sporting goods products. Our recommendation to them was a short contract period where we audited their asset, technically fixed their SEO and assisted and advised on their content strategy.

Our Audit identified a host of technical and content issues that we were over a 3-month period able to fix and build upon the fixes.

The results of the 4 months’ work were, we built the site health to within the top 10% in category, doubled the sites engagement time and increased traffic by 200%. Further we worked closely with their team to educate them around content loading for new stock items and best practice for website management.
