LITTLE WOMEN INTEGRATED DIGITAL STRATEGY FOR GROWTH
BACKGROUND:
Little Women Lingerie, https://www.littlewomen.com/, is a nationally focused ecommerce retailer with international delivery, specialising in beautiful lingerie designed specifically for women with smaller busts.
In Q3 2025 Little Women retained Thrive Online Group UK as their PPC and SEO agency with the task of creating an 18-month plan to grow their headline revenue. In Q4 2025, based on the growing relationship, we were further appointed to manage their content strategy and content production as a core component of their digital ecosystem. In Q1 2026, Thrive Online Group UK was also appointed to deliver design improvements to the existing website, bringing key sections in line with international ecommerce standards in preparation for potential territorial expansion.
This case study highlights key information for the first 6 months of the working relationship.
CHALLENGE
Develop a unified digital marketing strategy aligning PPC, SEO, website performance, and direct marketing within a structured content strategy and clear brand guidelines.
Stage the planning, from audit to result, with digital best practice across all disciplines. Use the strategy and its implementations to grow market share and headline revenue while competing against VC-backed and globally recognised brands in this niche market.
THE STEPS – FIRST SIX MONTHS
- Produce a forensic and strategic audit report of all prior and existing PPC and SEO implementations, that includes full market research and an 18-month ongoing strategy based on findings.
- Implement the aligned PPC and SEO staged strategy based on the audit documents.
- Link content management, including creative messaging to the PPC and SEO strategies. Restructure the direct marketing strategy within the client’s CRM.
- Begin the website uplift inline with the brand strategy, aligning the website to best international standards.
- Ongoing monitoring and maintenance, including change management, of the plan and implementations.
THE RESULT:
- PPC: ROAS stabilised during the initial optimisation phase and then increased by over 30%, with sustained performance improvements across the core product categories.
- SEO: Achieved UK market dominance across more than 100 brand, category, and product search terms, delivering approximately 80% search visibility against VC-backed and globally recognised competitors.
- Content: Implementation of a best-practice content framework and editorial guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging aligned across brand, social, PPC, and SEO channels.
- Website: Complete redesign of the Fitting Room section, improving user guidance, product discovery, and conversion support for customers seeking specialist sizing advice.
These early results demonstrate the power of a coordinated digital strategy, where PPC, SEO, content, and user experience operate as a single growth engine rather than isolated marketing channels.

“In term of results, the whole approach by the team shows that they really do know their stuff…I already see them as an integral part of my own team.”
CONCLUSION:
The first six months of the partnership between Little Women Lingerie and Thrive Online Group UK demonstrate the impact of a structured, strategically aligned digital approach. By integrating PPC, SEO, content management, and website development into a single coordinated strategy, the project moved beyond isolated marketing activities to create a unified digital growth framework.
Through detailed auditing, disciplined implementation, and ongoing optimisation, the business achieved measurable commercial gains, including sustained PPC performance improvements, significant organic search dominance within the niche market, and the establishment of a consistent brand and content structure across all channels. At the same time, the website evolution has begun positioning the brand for future international expansion.
Perhaps most importantly, the work completed during this initial phase has created a scalable foundation for the remaining 12 months of the strategy. With strong technical infrastructure, aligned messaging, and proven performance improvements already in place, Little Women Lingerie is now positioned to continue increasing market share and revenue while successfully competing against venture-backed and globally recognised competitors.
The partnership illustrates how a disciplined, cross-channel digital strategy, when executed with technical depth and commercial focus, can enable specialist ecommerce brands to outperform much larger competitors in highly competitive markets.
