Client Engagement:
Clients engage Thrive Online Group UK Ltd. by signing a formal agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Any changes to the agreed-upon terms must be documented in writing and mutually agreed upon by both parties.

Payment Terms:
Clients are required to agree to a schedule. Payments are typically invoiced monthly and are due within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the formal agreement or agreed schedule of payment. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services.

Confidentiality:
Thrive Online Group UK Ltd. respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any sensitive data or proprietary information to third parties without prior consent. Similarly, clients are expected to keep confidential any proprietary information provided by Thrive Online Group UK Ltd.

Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property developed or provided by Thrive Online Group UK Ltd. during the course of the engagement, including but not limited to website designs, marketing materials, and software, remain the property of Thrive Online Group UK Ltd. unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of the agreement and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. In such cases, any outstanding fees or expenses incurred up to the termination date shall become immediately due and payable.

Liability:
Thrive Online Group UK Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. The liability of Thrive Online Group UK Ltd. shall be limited to the total fees paid by the client during the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law:
These terms of business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By engaging Thrive Online Group UK Ltd., clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms of business. These terms may be updated from time to time.
